A reformer pilates studio · Bukit Timah
Reformer pilates.
Small classes.
Serious progress.
For people who’ve graduated past workout-app energy. Six per class. Instructors trained in rehabilitation and performance. Programming that respects you have a desk job, two kids, and a back that’s been complaining since March.
Programmes
Six ways to use the reformer. Pick one, or stack them as you grow.
- 01
Private reformer
One-on-one programming. Most progress per session. Best entry for post-injury, pregnancy, or specific performance goals.
- 02
Duet reformer
Two clients, one instructor. Halve the cost without halving the attention. Ideal with a partner or a friend at the same level.
- 03
Group reformer
Maximum six. Programmed by ability tier so the class moves together — beginners are not stuck behind regulars.
- 04
Post-natal
From six weeks post-clearance. Diastasis-aware, pelvic-floor-aware. No shame about where you’re starting from, no rush about getting somewhere.
- 05
Rehabilitation
Referral-based work with your physio. Continuity between clinic and studio so the gains don’t evaporate between sessions.
- 06
Movement assessment
Monthly check-in for members. We measure, we adjust the programming, we don’t guess what’s working.
Instructors
Three teachers. Each has spent more than a decade reading bodies.
Sarah Lim
Lead instructor
Ten years on the reformer. BASI-trained. Specialises in post-natal recovery, with a soft spot for the third-trimester regulars who keep coming in until the day they deliver.
Melanie Tan
Senior instructor
Former Bolshoi dancer who turned to teaching after her own injury work. Reads bodies the way most people read sentences — quickly, precisely, with attention to the punctuation.
Priya Raj
Senior instructor
Sports physio background. The one your physiotherapist sends you to. Believes rehab pilates should feel like training, not therapy. Mostly works with runners and post-surgical clients.
Pricing
One studio, five formats.
No tiers, no annual contracts, no app subscriptions. Buy class-by-class to start, switch to packs once you settle into a rhythm. Members on monthly unlimited get the movement assessment included.

In their own words
Three of the 120-plus reviews we’ve collected since we opened.
“Came in eight weeks post-partum, completely lost. Sarah didn't push me, didn't baby me, just gave me back the muscles I thought I'd lost. Six months later I'm doing teasers again.”
Rachael K.
Post-natal · 8 months
“I've torn the same calf twice running. My physio sent me to Priya. Best transition I've had — the work feels like training, not rehab, but the rehab actually happens.”
Marcus T.
Marathon runner · 14 months
“Tried two studios in town before this one. The difference is they programme — they don't just press play on a class. Melanie remembers what we did last week.”
